Delivery and shipping costs
Availability of goods
We deliver as long as the items ordered are actually in stock. Should something not be available, we will let you know immediately. And do not worry: if an item is out of stock, you will get your money back straight away.
Delivery area
We deliver to Germany and to all countries of the European Union. We currently do not ship to countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland or the United Kingdom.
Delivery times
Unless stated otherwise in the product description, your items will usually be with you within 2 to 5 working days. With advance payment the delivery period starts once we have received the money.
If you pay in advance, the delivery period starts on the day after the payment order. With other payment methods it starts on the day after the purchase. If the end of the period falls on a weekend or public holiday, delivery follows on the next working day.
Should there ever be a delay, we will of course keep you informed straight away.

Here are the shipping costs for deliveries within GERMANY. You choose the shipping method yourself during the order process – the applicable amount is shown to you there automatically.

Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of your order. Heavier consignments are charged at the respective parcel rates (e.g. DHL Paket up to 2 kg €6.19, Hermes S-Paket home delivery €5.79).
From an order value of €29.00 we deliver completely free of shipping costs within Germany.
Shipping within the EU
We ship to all 26 other EU countries – from Austria through France and Italy to Romania – at uniform prices:

Free shipping from €29.00 does not apply to deliveries to other EU countries – the shipping costs listed above are always charged there. You choose the delivery country during the order process; the shipping costs are recalculated immediately and shown before you submit the order.
As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act we do not show VAT – the prices stated are final prices, including for deliveries to other EU countries.
